In the production case of silica bricks, the equipment completed the quantitative analysis of main components such as SiO? and Al?O? in just 30 seconds, with an accuracy error of less than 0.5%. This technology can significantly shorten the quality inspection cycle and reduce the production rework rate caused by component fluctuations.

The portability of handheld spectrometers is equally remarkable. Technicians demonstrated the entire process of rapidly detecting the carbon content of refractory bricks in a simulated on-site scenario. It only takes a few seconds for the device to output precise data, helping enterprises monitor the performance degradation of materials in real time. This technology can be applied to the life assessment of blast furnace linings, avoiding unplanned shutdowns caused by refractory material failures, and achieving significant economic benefits.
